Exit through the ladder door

The climbing route of the access ladder is on the cabin side. It is possible to
climb through the cabin on the ladder without obstruction.
1.

Secure yourself to the attachment point provided.
2.

Lift up the shut-off hatch.
3.
►
Open the ladder door and lock it into the retainer on the cabin wall.
DANGER!
Risk of falling out of the ladder door
Make sure that persons are secured with their personal fall protection
equipment (PFPE) to the attachment point in the cabin before opening the
ladder door.
Observe all operating and safety instructions provided by the manufacturer
of the fall arrest system.

Connect your PFPE to the fall arrest system provided on the ladder.
Only then release your fastening from the attachment point.

Leave the service lift by climbing up or down the ladder.
Climbing route on the opposite
side of the ladder
If the climbing route of the access ladder is on the opposite side, the cabin must
be exited through the top.

Secure yourself to the attachment point provided.
2.

Open the ladder door, lift up the shut-off hatch and climb up and
out of the cabin onto the fixed access ladder.
3.
►
Change to the climbing side of the ladder and connect your PFPE to
the fall arrest system provided.
