The power cord and the ground wire are properly connected.
The power supply voltage is within the range that required by the access controller.
The console cable is properly connected, the terminal (for example, a PC) used for
configuration has been started, and the configuration parameters have been set.

Power on the access controller. The system first initializes memory. After the initiation,
the system runs the extended BootWare, and the following information is displayed
on the terminal:

Press Ctrl+B to enter extended boot menu...
You have 4 seconds to press

to enter the extended boot menu, otherwise,
the system starts loading and decompressing the application file. If the application
file is decompressed, you must reboot the access controller to enter the extended
boot menu.
