Lifting Stirrer into Position
The stirrer is now ready to hoist into position.
9. Use a suitable lifting block and tackle or other device, lifting from the centre of the suspension bar
and track motor end simultaneously.
10. Before lifting, move the auger trolley towards the centre of the bin and clamp it in place to stop it
rolling backwards and forwards.
11. When the suspension bar is about 450 mm above the eave height, the ends of the suspension chains
should be placed through loops and around the tube ends and hooked back on the main strand with
the “S” hooks.
