Inner door hinges

Assemble the Outer Door

1. Install the reinforcement channels (B) to the outer door panel (A) with bolts (C).

2. On the right hand side of the outer door panel (A), install the outer door hinges (D) with bolts (C).

3. On the left hand side of the outer door panel (A), install the retaining brackets (E) with bolts (F).

4. Install the unloading decals (DC-GBC-2A and DC-GBC-2S) on the outside of the outer door cover.

5. Install the danger decals (DC-GBC-1A and DC-GBC-1S) on the inside of the outer door cover.

6. After all parts are installed, tighten all hardware to the recommended torque specifications. See
