Hotline
When you buy your new telephone, it comes with a full range of fast,
expert service.
We have set up a special hotline for you. Here, we will give you valuable
tips if you have problems with your telephone and help you with warranty
and service issues. Therefore, please contact our hotline fist if such a case
arises.

Contact times : Monday to Friday 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to
2 p.m.
Our guarantee covers 24 months after purchase.
Please keep the receipt for the purchase of your telephone in order to
prove your guarantee claim. We also require a description of the fault
from you.
Grundig normally does not ask customers to provide detailed proof in the
event of guarantee claims. Proof of the origin of the fault is only required
after the 13th month.
Otherwise, the familiar exclusion criteria apply, such as:
– Commercial or improper use
– Use of non-genuine spare parts or software
– Criteria regarding properties such as wear and battery life
Repair service
Send your telephone to us (ask the hotline for the address) and we will
return it to you very quickly in working order. This normally takes place as
follows:
1 day there – 1 day repair – 1 day back
(not including weekends).
The advantage of this is that any saved telephone numbers and individual
device settings are retained (if possible).
Advance replacement
If you cannot be without a telephone for this long, you can make use of
our advance replacement service. For a charge of 15
€
(incl. VAT) you
will receive a completely new device within 24 hours. This will be
delivered to you by the Deutsche Post. The courier will take back the faulty
device in the box the new one was delivered in. This exchange can only
be organised using the hotline service.
After the guarantee period
After the 24-month guarantee period has expired or if the guarantee
becomes invalid due to the owner’s actions or other misuse, we will repair
the device, but for a fee. Advance replacement will also be charged for
(please ask the hotline).
