Using several base stations
You can operate your mobile units on up to four base
stations.
For example, in a large building, you can install two
base stations, and use the same mobile unit throughout
the building. In this case, the mobile unit automatically
logs into the base station with the strongest signal. This
means you can be accessed with the same telephone
number wherever you are in the building.
Note:
For manual or automatic base dialling, the mobile
unit must be logged in to the base station in quest-
ion. However, you can also deliberately assign a
mobile unit to a particular base station, or have it
search for the base station automatically.
