Logging a mobile unit made by
another manufacturer on to the
base station
Condition: mobile units made by other manufacturers
must comply with the GAP standard. This standard
ensures that mobile units and base stations made by
different manufacturers are compatible. Nevertheless,
it may be the case that some of the functions of a
mobile unit made by another manufacturer are not
accessible.

Hold down the button on the base station for longer
than 5 seconds, until the LED flashes.
Logging a mobile unit off of the
base station
If you want to log a mobile unit off of the base station,
you have to do this using another mobile unit.
