Shallow Water Exercises
are performed with water at
shoulder level and your feet planted on the pool floor.
Exercises may be performed with GoH2O Barbells or
Gloves to increase resistance.
MOVEMENT
- Plant your feet on the pool floor
with water at shoulder level. Stand with your
feet hip-width apart. Extend your arms straight
out to your sides in line with your shoulders and
palms facing forward. With straight arms, sweep
your arms out in front of you, bring your hands
(or barbells) together and then return to starting
position in a smooth motion.
