SHALLOW WATER EXERCISES
Shallow Water Exercises
are performed with water at
shoulder level and your feet planted on the pool floor.
Exercises may be performed with GoH2O Barbells or
Gloves to increase resistance.
MOVEMENT
- Plant your feet on the pool floor with water at shoulder
level. Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Extend your arms straight
out to your sides in line with your shoulders and your palms facing
down. Bending from your elbows, sweep your hands towards your
chest and extend your arms back out straight in a smooth motion.
