MOVEMENT
- Maintaining proper form, extend your arms straight out to your sides, keep your legs
straight and open them out (past hip-width) as far as it is comfortable for you. Draw both legs towards
each other and cross one leg in front of the other. Alternate front and back each time your legs cross.

stability, or to increase resistance.
