Installation

Model:  FSH-2, FSH-2A-99

The fryer placed under this hood must be secured so that it can not move from under the Hood.  The following

diagram shows an example of a typical suitable restraining device.  It must be appropriate for the appliance being

used and will vary depending on the make and model of Fryer.  

Restraining device is not supplied with the hood

.

Note:  Be sure to maintain minimum and maximum

clearances (see

Section 2.04.2 or 2.04.3

after the

Restraining Device is installed.
