Appendix A: Configuring/Activating FlexPay II CRIND
To activate a FlexPay II CRIND device, you must enter the Service Menu. To enter the Service
Menu and perform the activation, proceed as follows:

Power up the FlexPay II CRIND device. The Product Part Number (PPN) is displayed on the
screen (see
). Note the 8-digit serial number when the unit first powers up. The
right-most six digits of the serial number is the password for the Service Menu.
Note: The message,“Out of Service”, is normally displayed when the unit first powers up.
