You must change to the

User Assignment

tab to assign users to a group.

Click on

Add Person

. You can search for local users or users from other PABXs

in an interconnection using the search/list view.

You can set the availability of the members via the group's phone number(s) by activating
the checkbox in the

Logged On

column. This activation/deactivation corresponds with

the setting that the user makes in his preferences. This means that if the member is
logged in, the availability is activated in his user preferences and vice versa.
