8 Commissioning
8.1 Switch unit on
When the key-switch is turned on, the controller automatically initiates a full hygiene program
to ensure the intrinsic safety of the system before the JRG Coral force limescale conditioning
unit is switched into the drinking water installation.
Additionally, the interval between thermal disinfections can be reduced if required and the
status signal of a pumping system that may be connected can be linked in.
Settings and operation of the unit are described on the following pages.
Ensure that the maintenance cocks are fully open and that the unit is
completely filled with water and all air is bled out .
The controller requires a three-phase fused mains supply of 400 V,
50Hz, min. 10A, max. 16A.
