11.8 Contact sensor K/DO mode of operation
The function depends on the duration of the signal at the PE input.
à
If the signal is active for less than 5 s, the function is the same as that of the contact sensor input K.
à
If the signal in the mode of operation is active for longer than 5 s, the control unit changes to DO mode of op-
eration. After the next short signal at the PE input, the control unit changes back to the AU mode of operation.

A fail-secure electric strike, a fail-safe electric strike or a motor lock can be connected as an electric strike.
In addition, close pressure can be configured before opening in order to take the strain off the electric strike.
