of each column to confirm that the chain
tensioner bracket is centered in the inspection
hole.

Inspect the Breather Cap
Genie specifications require that this procedure be
performed every 8 hours or daily, whichever come
s
first.
The hydraulic tank is vented to the atmosphere.
The breather cap has an internal air filter that can
clog and may cause the power unit to operate
improperly. If the breather cap is not properly
installed and checked daily, impurities can enter
the
hydraulic system and may cause component
damage.

Be sure the breather cap is installed on the
hydraulic power unit tank and is not damaged.
Do not remove it.
