6.4 Problems with ImageQuant LAS 4000 Control Software
If the error persists even after the following countermeasures have been taken, fill in the necessary
items and the error code in the Service report fax sheet at the end of the User Manual.

Connect the USB cable correctly to the
camera head and PC USB cable connection failure

ware cannot recognize ImageQuant

Connect the power cable and camera ca-

Set the ambient temperature to 28°C or
less The ambient temperature is
too high.
The CCD temperature indication does
not change to READY or its value does
not approach the set temperature (af-
ter a sufficient time – about 15 minutes
– has elapsed since the start of cooling)
Set the cooling temperature of the CCD
properly The CCD temperature is set
too low
Connect the USB cable correctly USB cable connection failure
Confirm that nothing is blocking the venti-
lation holes The camera head ventilation
holes are blocked

No focus image is displayed in the Fo-
