Programming the Pre-Infusion
NOTE: This function is for advanced users
only. You can control pressure and duration
of the low pressure pre-infusion phase.
1. Press the MENU button to switch to pro-
gram mode.
2. Turn the SELECT dial, until “PRE INFUSE”
is flashing at the bottom line of the LCD
display.
3. Press the SELECT dial. The pressure set-
ting (% of the maximum pressure) will
flash.
4. Turn the SELECT dial to increase or decre-
ase the pre-infusion pressure.
5. Press the SELECT dial to set. The pre-
infusion duration will flash on the LCD
display.
6. Turn the SELECT dial to select 2–10
seconds.
7. Press the SELECT dial to set. The Espresso
Machine will beep once to confirm your
selection, and switches back to standby
mode.
