Possible Cause

 

Sample-Pump has failed 

Action 

Set pump capacity to 100%. The pump device must be 

audible loud. Turn the pumping power back to the working 

flow. In addition, the flow can be measured using a flowmeter 

at the sample inlet and outlet. If that still does not help 

change sample pump.
