Once the MFI receives the pairing request from the D2 ™ , a pairing message will prompt
the pilot. Press the
Pair
Button. After the connection is established, the D2 ™ Watch will
show 'Status Connected.'

5) You may use the following procedure to view the connection on the MFI.
Viewing connected devices:
1)
Open the menu and select System > Wireless .
2) Scroll down and select Bluetooth Devices .
3)
A list of devices is displayed on the next screen. Select your connected device. See the
following image.
4) In the following example, the watch's name is 'D2 Delta S' and its status is 'Online.'
Additionally, note the connected devices' MAC Address. Use this information to confirm
the D2
™ is connected and online.
NOTE: It is not uncommon for the status of a BLE device, such as the D2
™
Watch, to
annunciate 'Status Offline' and still function properly. This is a feature of BLE reduced
power consumption and alternating status is expected.
