Interval Workouts
For interval workouts, you enter
the time or distance you want to
run and the number of repetitions
you want to complete:
• Run a certain distance and
rest for a certain amount of
time.
• Run for a certain distance
and rest for a certain
distance.
• Run for a certain amount of
time and rest for a certain
amount of time.
• Run for a certain amount of
time and rest for a certain
distance.
To create an interval workout:
1. Press
mode
to access the
Main Menu. Then select
Training
.
2. Select
Workouts
>
Interval
.
3. Select an option from the
Interval Workout page
according to how you want to
set up intervals.
