The device has a 3-axis compass with automatic calibration. 

The compass features and appearance change depending on 

your activity, whether GPS is enabled, and whether you are

compass settings quickly, you can press   from the compass 

widget.

Altimeter and Barometer

The device contains an internal altimeter and barometer. The 

device collects elevation and pressure data continuously, even 

in low-power mode. The altimeter displays your approximate 

elevation based on pressure changes. The barometer displays 

environmental pressure data based on the fixed elevation where 

the altimeter was most recently calibrated (

Altimeter Settings

page 36

). You can press   from the altimeter or barometer 

widgets to open the altimeter or barometer settings quickly.

History

History includes time, distance, calories, average pace or speed, 

lap data, and optional sensor information.

NOTE: 

When the device memory is full, your oldest data is 

overwritten.

Using History

History contains previous activities you have saved on your 

device.
The device has a history widget for quick access to your activity 

data (

Plug the small end of the USB cable into the charging port on 

your device.

Plug the large end of the USB cable into a USB port on your 

computer.

Pairing Your Smartphone with Your Device

To use the connected features of the 

fēnix

 device, it must be 

paired directly through the Garmin Connect

 Mobile app, 

instead of from the Bluetooth

 settings on your smartphone.

From the app store on your smartphone, install and open the 

Garmin Connect Mobile app.

Bring your smartphone within 10 m (33 ft.) of your device.

The first time you turn on the device, it is in pairing mode.

Multisport napló

A készülék eltárol egy összesítést a multisport tevékenységről, amely tartal-

mazza az összesített távolságot, időt, kalóriát, valamint az opcionális mérőtől 

bejövő adatokat. A készülék elkülöníti az egyes etapok, sportágak, valamint 

a váltások tevékenységi adatait, így az azonos sportágak összehasonlítható-

vá válnak, valamint azt is láthatjuk, milyen gyorsasággal hajtjuk végre a vál-

tásokat. A váltás napló a távolságot, az időt, az átlagos sebességet, valamint 

a kalóriát tartalmazza.
