database error exists.
The MFD has encountered
an error in the safe taxi
database.
PFD1 DB ERR – PFD1 Safe
Taxi database error exists.
PFD #1 has encountered an
error in the safe taxi
database.
PFD2 DB ERR – PFD2 Safe
Taxi database error exists.
PFD #2 has encountered an
error in the safe taxi
database.

Confirm supplemental data card
is inserted fully in the bottom
slot of the display.
•
Move the datacard to the top
slot of the display.

If the error clears, the
problem is with the bottom
slot. Insert and remove a
SD card multiple times to
clean the contacts. If the
card still does not work in
the bottom slot, leave the
card in the top slot or
replace the display.
•
Swap with a supplemental data
card from another display in the
same system.
•
If problem remains in the same
GDU, replace that GDU.
•
If problem moves to the other
display, reload the database on
the data card or replace it. You
may need to replace all
datacards as a set to keep the
database cycles the same and
prevent database mismatch
errors.
