ANNUAL MAINTENANCE:
Burner head removed and visually inspected
Burner head cleaned (30-72.5 psi air only)
Burner head reinstalled with new gaskets
Burner flange hardware torqued to spec (see Section 4 of IOM)
Low water probe(s) removed and replaced. Floats opened and cleaned
Combustion air inlet filter replaced with new, cyclone bucket cleaned
Direct spark ignition replaced with new (where applicable)
Oxygen sensor replaced with new, Reset O2, and Set Initial O2 performed
PURE Control software/firmware update installed (where directed)
Special gas vent system and condensate drains inspected
Combustion air intake inspected
Safety relief valve inspected, replace if necessary
Flexible premix couplings inspected, replace immediately if worn
(fill in tables on reserve side)
Open factory Service Bulletin(s) addressed (where applicable)
