(45) Nip Roller replacement 

 

Removal 

 
1. Remove the upper cover. 
2. Remove the printer mechanism assembly. 
2. Unhook one sides of 4 nip springs and remove 4 spring holders. 
3. Remove the E ring of both side and Nip gear on the left side. 
4. Remove the flanges, slide cam, OC cam and bearings..
