Removing slot adapter

► Unscrew the screw (1) and remove the slot
adapter in the direction of the arrow (2).
Installing and removing drives
The casing can accommodate a total of two drives (Slimline):
● one accessible drive (one 5 1/4 inch drive)
● one inaccessible drive (one 3 1/2 inch drive)
"Accessible drives" are e.g. DVD or CD ROM drives, into which a data carrier can be inserted from
outside. Non-accessible drives are e.g. hard disk drives.
You can also optionally install a module bay in the drive bay of the accessible drive. The module bay
enables you to replace modules (e.g. DVD/CD drive) quickly and simply. You must note that
installing an accessible 5 1/4 inch drive differs from installing an accessible module bay (5 1/4 inch).
