1.7.3 Follow complain process and expain problems with detail photo and video.It is quality
problem confirmed after written form , in the same time , will offer guarantee machine parts by free.

a. The violation operation which is not follow the standard manual or operating video .Warmly
remind:the user could ask local distributor to offer operation and daily training.
b. Open and change the machine inner parts or parameter by yourself which is without Xingyi
guidance.
c. Caused by Human-factor ,such as water demage, electric demage (cable is unqualified.)
d. Not changing gear oil in time as period and volume mentioned, Not stop during abnormal
noise or oil leakage.
e. Not follow maintenance items.
