When starting the machine, it is recommended to press the handle without placing the
grinding device out the ground, thereby reducing the pressure between the grinding pads
and the ground.
6.2.2 Check the disc cover
In the case of more dust, it is easy to cause dust nozzle of grinding disc cover clogged
by dust, use flashlight to see if there is dust clogged, clean up if necessary.
6.2.3 Check the grinding plate
In the case of long time to work or more grinding dust of grinding machine, the grinding
part of the conversion block may be stained with dust, so much dust without timely cleaning
will lead unconnecting well between grinding head and convert block, affect grinding
efficiency, more serious will lead to abrasive drop caused by the accident, remember to
clean up if necessary.
6.2.4 Long-term storage of batteries
The machine battery should maintenance for battery charging one time each 6month
when long time storage.
• If storage the machine more than 6 months, pls take the battery out of the remote device.
Note:
Please remember to use protective equipment for maintenance checking such as
protective gloves, protective masks, insulated shoes, etc.
The maintenance operation must be done when the emergency stop pressed and
unplug the power state.
When the machine is tilted, remember to try to see if the machine is flat to check the
operation of the grinding disc.

Method of Change Gear Oil
1)when you change the new gear oil, Have to output before gear oil. Put the machine
on the status to change polishing pads and make sure machine is stable.
