Troubleshooting

Error message, when trying to retrieve data from the

RAINE-HYDRO

with the rain[e] Commander:

Please reconnect the USB cable and restart the

rain[e]

Commander.

rain[e] Commander returns ‘COM port not found’ or ‘rain[e] does not respond!’:

•

Check if the

RAINE-HYDRO

is correctly connected to the Laptop/Tablet and the correct COM port is

selected.

•

Restart the

rain[e]

Commander.
