Step 1
Before starting assembly, we recommend choosing a place with enough space and a flat clean
floor, near to where you intend to position the Rower. Carefully turn the carton upside down, and slide the
complete contents out, taking care that no parts fall to the floor. Remove the tape and polystyrene
packaging pieces, keeping all packaging to one side. Lay the parts out on a soft floor so they don’t scratch.
Check all parts are present according to the Parts List at the back of this manual, noting that several parts
(screws / nuts / washers) will have been fitted for transit that will need to be removed prior to assembling or
fitting a part. For your safety, in some cases lock nuts are used. These must be fully tightened using the
tool supplied, they are difficult to fit but they are designed this way to prevent them working loose.
The locking part will wear if they are removed and re-fitted several times. In this case, new nuts of the
same size will be required.
Step 2
Fix the feet and computer to the main body. Insert Pedal Axles #8 into Main Frame #1. Use Washer #32
and Bolt #33. Attach Pedals #9-2pcs to Pedal Axle, using Washers #19-2pcs and Nuts #20-2pcs.
Please use the spanner shaped tool to fit the pedals Attach Middle Base Assembly #4 to Main Frame #1.
Use Bolts #27-2pcs and Washers #28-2pcs.
