6.4 NIGHT STORAGE
The GX Series models are fitted with the "night
storage" function that allows the operator to switch
the machine from the production phase to that of
stand-by when delivery of the product is interrupted,
i.e. at night, when the premises are closed, etc.
In this stage, the product inside the tanks is kept at
a suitable temperature; moreover, the machine
performs consistency tests with longer sampling
times than those of the production phase. In this
way, the quality of the product inside the cylinders
is preserved, even after many hours of break.
To enter the storage program, simply turn the
"NIGHT STORAGE SWITCH" on. Ensure that the
switch lights up, to confirm the activation of the
function
Activating the night storage mode ( the relevant switch is on) every tank switches
simultaneously to the standby mode and the relevant central switch is ON.
If a tank is off and its selector is not "ON" (green light off), even switching the machine
onto the standby mode, this tank will not be involved in the night storage mode and will
remain off.
