NORMAL SLUSH (GR1)
With the machine at STOP, pressing the STOP and SEMI-
AUTOMATIC keys at the same time one accesses the normal
slush cycle with consistency control, which enables the
operator to manually select the desired level of consistency, in
relation to the type of mixture used.
In the normal slush program mixing is continuous.
COFFEE SLUSH
With the machine at STOP, pressing the STOP and
AUTOMATIC keys at the same time one accesses the slush
cycle with time control, which enables the operator to manually
select the ideal processing level in relation to the type of
mixture used.
In the coffee slush program, mixing is cyclical.
