TROUBLESHOOTING
Replace stainless-steel burner
Find out which burner does not function properly by looking at the flame pattern. If
the left burner is the one affected, replace it straightaway. If the burner in the middle
is the defective one, remove the right burner first, then remove the middle one.
1. Remove the lock ring. Lift out the burner and the frame (that is all for the main
burner on the left).
2. Repeat step 1 from right towards left.
3. Clean or replace the defective burner/s. In reverse order, put the burners back
in and secure them with the lock ring.
Problem Possible cause Solution
The burner do
not ignite.
Gas cylinder is empty.
Connect a new gas
cylinder.
Pressure reducer is defective.
Have the pressure
reducer checked by a
specialist.
Foreign object in the burner. Clean the burner.
Foreign object in ignition system
or hose. Clean ignition system
and hose.
Low flame or de-
flagration in the
burner. (Popping
or hissing noise)
Foreign object in the burner.
Clean burner and
igniter.
Too much wind.
Position the grill at a
place that is sheltered
from the wind.
