Switching off the gas grill
1.
To turn off the gas grill, move the switch to OFF in clockwise direction.
2. Close the valve of the gas cylinder and move all switches clockwise to the
“OFF” position.
CLEANING THE GAS GRILL
Cleaning after each use.
Close the lid and set all three burners to “HI“. Let the grill combust until no more
smoke is coming out. Turn off all burners and close the valve of the gas cylinder.
Open the grill and scrub away any residue with a metal brush.
Once the grill has cooled down completely, empty and clean the grease drip tray
and the grease drip pan.
Risk of fire and explosion
• Do not use flammable cleaning
agents.
• Remove the gas cylinder before
cleaning the gas grill.
• Before cleaning, wait until the gas
grill has cooled down.
• Clean the gas grill after each use.
• Pull out the grease drip tray and di-
spose of grease in an environmental
friendly way.
• Wipe the stainless-steel surfaces
and the grates with a damp cloth.
If necessary, use a mild detergent.
Rinse with water and allow the gas
grill to dry completely before using it
again. Then, treat the surfaces with a
stainless-steel polish.
• Remove food residues from the
brush and the burners.
• Should a nozzle be blocked, clean it
with a nozzle needle.
• Should the Venturi tube (gas mixing
tube) be blocked, clean it with a
needle or a pipe cleaner.
