Calibration Parameter Settings
The meanings of items in the page:
z
Adjustment interval: Set the interval between two automatic adjustments;
z
Adjustment time: Set the start time of adjustment;
z
Adjustment stabilizing time: Set the stabilizing time for zero adjustment. The system
starts adjustment when the density comes to 0 or keeps stable at a certain value for this
time.
After you finish the settings of interval, time and stabilizing time for the zero adjustment, the
system will automatically perform the periodical zero adjustment according to the settings.
5.3.4
Calibration
The customer can calibrate SO
2
, NO and O
2
in the range calibration in auto calibration mode
or manual calibration mode. The user should input the standard gas to be measured before range
calibration. When the user want to calibrate certain kind of gas, he can manually calibrate it on
OMA-2000 optical fiber spectrum analyzer and CEMS-2000 monitoring software, or preset the
parameter on CEMS-2000 monitoring software and make the system automatically calibrate the
gas according to the settings.
5.3.4.1
Manual Calibration on OMA-2000 Analyzer
You can carry out manual calibration for SO
2
、
NO
、
O
2
on OMA-2000 analyzer. Following are
the steps of SO
2
calibration taken as an example:
Step 1
Make sure standard SO
2
gas is connected and there is no leakage on the pipe.
