Maintenance
To ensure the accurate and stable performance of CEMS-2000s System, you should
periodically carry out maintenance and calibration to CEMS-2000s System, including basic
inspections and operations. FPI will train the field operators in details after the system is installed
and tested ready for use.
It is very important to perform the routine maintenance which will maintain and improve the
efficiency and lifetime of CEMS-2000s System. The maintenance includes the following main
items:

Periodical zero adjustment and range calibration of OMA-2000 spectroscopic gas
analyzer. It is recommended to calibrate the instrument for each three months while the
detailed interval should be based on the actual conditions.
z
Everyday you should check the smell in the meter room. If any smell is found, you
should open the window for ventilation and check if there is any leakage on the pipes or
overheated damages on the electronic components
z
You should check if the external pressure is in the normal range. If it is abnormal, please
check if the jet pump or the probe is jammed.
z
You should check if the readings on IPC and meters are normal and if there is any
failure signal. If any abnormity is found, please firstly check if the working condition is
changed. If the working condition is not changed, please perform a calibration on the
meter. If the problem still cannot be solved, please contact our customer care
department.
z
Please check if the stack flow rate, temperature and pressure parameter is normal on IPC.
If any abnormity is found, you should check the system and perform certain
maintenance.
z
Please check if the meter wind pressure is normal. If it has some problem, please check
if the gas pipe is leaking.
z
Please check if the gas pipe is jammed or the electro-valve is damaged. If it is damaged,
please stop the system immediately and replace an electro-valve.
z
You should clean the filter and replace it periodically according to the usage;
z
Please follow the maintenance instructions for general electrical devices, meters and
equipments to perform the relevant maintenance.
