Manual Adjustment on OMA-2000 Analyzer
The zero adjustment of SO
2
and NO are carried out at the same time by OMA-2000 analyzer.
Thus you only need to perform zero adjustment for one of the gases. The zero adjustment should
be carried out following the steps below:
Step 1
Make sure the zero gas is connected and there is no leakage on the pipe.
Counter-clockwise rotate the knob to open the N
2
gas bottle and slowly adjust the
“two-level pressure adjuster” to a proper pressure value. Normally the “low
pressure meter” should be maintained around “0.2” MPa.
Step 2
Click one of the gas composition management page on OMA-2000 analyzer to
enter the zero adjustment, as shown in Fig 5-5.

Step 3
Press the “F2” button to enter the manual adjustment page, as shown in Fig 5-6
and start the zero adjustment process. The zero adjustment electro-valve will be
open. Adjust the flow rate meter for the standard gas at bottom left of the cabinet
front panel to control the flow rate (by adjusting the knob of the flow meter).
Normally the flow rate of CEMS-2000s System should be maintained at (1.5~2)
