NOTES Select the Engine and Model
Once the vehicle year selection is made, the list of available
vehicles is displayed . Each vehicle is listed by engine and
model.
Using the scroll dial, highlight the engine type and model, and
press the TRIGGER button. The newly selected vehicle and
engine is now displayed on the status line of the vehicle and
engine selection screen.
Deselect Current Model
Deselect current model allows you to clear the selected
vehicle.
Certain functions of the NGS such as digital measurement and
NGS set-up do not require a vehicle selection. Use the scroll
dial to highlight DESELECT CURRENT MODEL and press the
TRIGGER button.
The unit automatically returns to the vehicle and engine
selection menu and displays, NO VEHICLE SELECTED and
the year of the last vehicle selected.
