deletion from (<n>=1) the call acceptance list is done with
<n> parameter. When <cid> parameter is omitted, any <cid>
can be added or deleted.
Using this command, <cid> not defined with the
"+CGDCONT" command can also be added to or deleted
from the list.

This command setting is available when sending or receiving
calls.
With dialup network setting, "186 (ON)" or "184 (OFF)" can
also be attached to access point numbers. Result when "186
(ON)" or "184 (OFF)" is specified with this command and
dialup network setting is shown in the *5 table.
