Setting circuit CD (DCD) control
To set to "&C1", set the CD signal to "ON" before sending
"CONNECT" indicating that the connection has been
established. Communication is disconnected, and the CD
signal turns to "OFF" before sending "NO CARRIER".
AT&C0: Circuit CD signal is always ON
AT&C1: Circuit CD signal varies depending on modem
carrier on the other side

Setting circuit ER (DTR) control
Sets operation performed when the line ER signal turns from
"ON" to "OFF" while in the online mode.
AT&D0: Ignore status(Always recognized as ON regardless
of status)
AT&D1: Changing from ON to OFF represents online
command status
AT&D2: Changing from ON to OFF disconnects
communication and turns to offline command status
