Appendix B - Hyperformance Utility Software License

Focus Enhancements Corporation grants the user a 99 year license to use and reproduce the
Hyperformance Utility Software. No restrictions in copying or using the software or its reproduced
images are implied except that any video taped reproduction of any image developed or displayed by
the Hyperformance Utility Software must be reproduced using a Focus Enhancements
HyperConverter.
