Appendix A - Statement of Warranty
Focus Enhancements warrants each product manufactured by it to be free from defects in
workmanship under normal use and service for twelve months after shipment.
All products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at Focus Enhancements's option, upon
examination of the defective unit. The customer will bear shipping charges of the defective unit to
Focus Enhancements. Focus Enhancements will bear shipping charges of the repaired or replaced unit
back to the customer. A replacement unit will only be shipped after the receipt of the defective unit.
No returns will be accepted without an advance RMA (Return of Materials Authorization).
