To replace inlet check valve:
•
Empty flavor tank by pressing and holding the Clean button for two
seconds and allowing the flavor to drain out.
•
Lift flavor tank out.
•
Loosen the plastic check valve hex retainer with a wrench and unscrew to
remove.
•
Remove the filter washer and inlet check valve.
•
Replace with a new inlet check valve. Ensure correct placement of the
valve: inlet at the top facing the tank and outlet at the bottom toward the
valve block. See page 39.
•
Replace the filter washer.
•
Tighten the retainer until the flat sides are parallel, left and right.
•
Replace the tank.
•
Fill the tank and prime the pump. See pages 8, 9.
