4. Check Valve Maintenance
•
When you clean the tanks, inspect the check valve at the pump outlet to
make sure there is no dirt or other material in or on the valve that
prevents proper positioning of the flow-valve.
•
Keep the valve area clean to allow for proper mechanical operation.
To replace a check valve, if leaking:

Turn the front half of the valve
housing in a counterclockwise
direction by ¼ rotation and
pull to remove.

Remove the check valve from the
valve housing.
Do not remove the O-rings from either
side of the valve housing.

Insert a new check valve in the proper
orientation to direct flow, with the
input end facing the flavor tank and
the output end facing the product
dispensing block.

Reattach the check valve housing,
making sure both O-rings are still in
place.
Turn ¼ rotation clockwise while
pushing into the housing to secure the
fitting.
