Nachdem alle Luft aus dem System entfernt worden ist, sind die
Entlüftungsanschlüsse wieder zu schließen und das Aggregat kurzzei-
tig zu starten und dann sofort wieder zu stoppen. Danach ist wieder der
Entlüftungsanschluss oberhalb des wassergekühlten Abgaskrümmers
zu öffnen.
Dieser Vorgang ist so oft zu wiederholen bis keine Luft mehr oben aus
dem Abgaskrümmer heraustritt.
Danach ist das System zu starten, und mit dem Stophebel, der unterhalb
vom Gashebel angeordnet ist, kann das Aggregat mechanisch per Hand
in der Drehzahl gedrosselt werden, und nach Loslassen des Drehzahl-
hebels beschleunigt der Motor wieder auf seine normale Betriebs-
drehzahl.

01. Stopphebel
Dies ist ein paar mal zu wiederholen, und danach ist das Aggregat zu
stoppen.
Nun ist wieder der Entlüftungsanschluss zu öffnen und alle Luft aus dem
System zu entfernen.
Ist jetzt keine Luft mehr im System gewesen, so kann das Aggregat in
Betrieb genommen werden. Nach ca. 1 Minute sollte die Schlauchleitung
vom Aggregat in Richtung Kühler warm werden.
Hierbei ist es wichtig, dass die Schlauchleitung auch entfernt vom
Aggregat warm wird, um sicher zu sein, dass das Kühlwasser zirkuliert.
Nach kurzer Zeit wird auch der Kühler warm und auch die Rücklauf-
leitung vom Kühler zu Aggregat.
Bitte warten Sie so lange, bis sich die Temperaturen weiter erhöhen und
prüfen Sie, ob die Lüfter einschalten.
After all air is removed out of the system, close all ventilation connections
and start the aggregate for a short time and stop it immediately. After this
open the ventilation screw above the watercooled exhaust manifold
again.
This process must be repeated until none air exit out of the ventilation
screw above the exhaust manifold pump.
After that the system must be started, and with the stop lever, which is
below of the gas lever, the speed of the aggregate can be throttled
mechanical by hand. If you unhand the lever the engine accelerate to the
normal operation speed.

This must be repeated a few times and after that the aggregate must be
stopped.
Now open the ventilation connection again to remove the hole air out of
the system.
If there is no air in the system the aggregate be put on steam. After approx.
1 minute the hose pipe of the aggregate which direct to the radiator should
get warm.
To be sure that the coolant circulates it is very important that the hose
pipe away from the aggregate also gets warm.
After a short time the radiator and the reverse-flow pipe from the radiator
to the aggregate also get warm.
Please wait until the temperatures raise more and check if the fan will
activate.
