Structure
Two types of common network cables, including the straight-through cable and the
cross-over cable, are configured as the Ethernet service cables for the equipment.
The network cable is equipped with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, as shown in
Figure 6-10
Network Cable
Connection Method
Ethernet service cables (straight-through cables and cross-over cables) are
connected as follows:

The RJ-45 connector on one end is connected to the RJ-45 port on the SCUS1
card.

The RJ-45 connector on the other end is connected to the RJ-45 port on the
Ethernet data service transmission equipment.
