communication between the card and the

Critical alarm indicator
OFF: The card does not have any critical alarm, or
all the critical alarms are filtered.
ON (red): The card has a critical or major alarm.
NUA
Minor alarm indicator
OFF: The card does not have any minor alarm, or
all the minor alarms are filtered.
ON (yellow): The card has a minor alarm.
