7. If the measured natural frequency corresponds to the setpoint value, lock the setting of the
toothed belt pretensioning.
Tighten the 4 Allen screws

. Tightening torque 9.9 Nm ± 10%

8. Mount the cover of the toothed belt tensioner with the 4 screws. Tightening torque 9.9 Nm
9. Remove the belt tensioning setting piece.

Assembly
1. Mount the profile covers of the two X-axes

2. Fasten the energy chain to the retaining brackets with the bolts and nuts.
Number of bolts/nuts:

EXCH-40 3 each
–
EXCH-60 5 each
Use LOCTITE 243 screw locking compound. Tightening torque 2.9 Nm
3. For motors with brake: mount the X-axis drive motors.
DANGER
For bottom motor attachment position
Serious injuries due to the motor falling during mounting.
• Secure the motor to prevent it from falling.
NOTICE
Temperature changes influence the toothed belt pretensioning.
Once after commissioning after approx. 30 strokes at operating temperature
• Check the toothed belt pretensioning and adjust it if necessary
