Eliminate warping in the planar surface gantry
Transport and mounting have caused warping in the planar surface gantry.
Warping causes malfunctions and increased wear.
• Relieve warping with the following steps.

1. On X-axis 2 without energy chain:
Loosen the 8 screws of the 2 guide carriages 1 revolution.
2. Slide the Y-axis (cross-brace) back and forth over the entire stroke of the X-axes.
3. Unscrew the 8 screws one by one and screw them in again with LOCTITE 243 screw locking
compound and tighten. Tightening torque 5.9 Nm
Ensure tension-free alignment of the axes by unscrewing only one screw at a time.
