For each CECX-D-16E the objects 0x6100/0x6103/0x6107/0x6108 are ex-
tended by one Sub-Index. The 16 inputs of a CECX-D-16E can therefore
only be mapped as a group of 8 inputs (DI0 – DI7 and DI8 – DI15). From
the K-Bus-side the two Interrupt-inputs share one Interrupt line.
